About us.

Musculoskeletal Point of Care Ultrasound (MSK POCUS) is different. It’s not just sonography. It’s not just clinical medicine. It’s both, and we recognise that.

Knowing what an MSK POCUS clinician needs is our point of difference. Our courses are unique. Not only do we provide a solid grounding in MSK Ultrasound, but by taking an evidence based approach, we help you learn how to integrate what you see on your screen into your consultation.

Our tutors are experienced MSK POCUS clinicians, who along with specialist MSK Sonographers, will transform the way you practise.

Testimonials.

For doctors who are time-poor and wanting high-yield musculoskeletal ultrasound education, I thoroughly recommend this course. Iain is a highly accomplished practitioner and an outstanding teacher. His style masterfully navigates musculoskeletal ultrasound, offering a wealth of clinically relevant material across a range of ability levels. The core teaching is woven in a clinical context that allows maximal relevance, in conjunction with practical skills that become immediately applicable to musculoskeletal practice.

I attended the MSK US lower limb course, my first one. Great balance between the presentation and access to hands-on practice on the machines. I appreciated the review of anatomy, perfectly paced clear presentations, plenty of opportunity for questions and the smattering of clinical gems during the two days. The handout was very helpful to take away for reference. I can immediately apply this to my daily practice and I will definitely be back for the next one. I can thoroughly recommend this course to GPs and MSK specialists alike.

Thank you to the tutors and organisers for a very valuable course. Having attended other ultrasound courses, both in person and online, this really stood out due to the small group sizes (giving more hands-on scanning time with direction from the tutor). Another point of difference is the teaching of not just a protocol, but evidence based data on the validity of ultrasonographic findings. I have not yet found another course like it. I have really enjoyed completing the upper and lower limb ultrasound courses and would complete them again in the future for revision.
